Our Football Fitness Monday sessions are off-the-chart fun! Designed for players aged 6-14 of all levels, football fitness gets kids active and fit with the ball – all while mastering the moves you use in a football match.
Football Fitness sessions are currently on Mondays at 4pm at The Grounds Cairns!
Football Fitness is our most casual program at CFA where you can sign up for a single session or 5 or 10 week block (with no uniform required) so come and see what it’s all about for yourself – first session is FREE!
